Advantages: Prompt Delivery, Excellent customer service in the end. Very competitve prices

Disadvantages: No customer services telephone number; some technical difficulties

I recently ordered a 32GB SanSisk microSDHC card from LPM.

I ordered the first product, and it arrived and was faulty. I sent back that product asking for a replacement, and received a card with the same fault.

I suspected that what had happened was that they simply sent the same card back again, repackaged and consequently I wrote rather a scathing review on here.

However, I was probably a little hasty in doing this as it seems that it was in fact a mistake by the Royal Mail, rather than by LPM themselves.

LPM informed me that they never processed the dispatch of the replacement, and feared that my emails had mistakenly ended up in their junk folder.

They have now refunded me and agreed to send out a replacement free of charge. Having been initially disappointed, I am now actually really impressed. It's unfortunate that it has taken so long and that there have been a number of difficulties along the way, but it seems that none of those are actually the fault of LPM.

It would be nice if they had a customer service hotline so that issues like this didn't arise. But nevertheless, their customer services has turned out to be exemplary and I would be happy to use them again -- they are certainly the cheapest site I could find.

Summary: Difficulties perhaps not entirely their fault, and their remedy went beyond the call of duty
