Makeupworld is a great little find. There are cheap items of designer makeup from quite a wide range. Customer service is great and I disagree with the previous review that says to the contrary. Order was recieved timeously and I got an email to advise of expected delivery along with a confirmation of order email. Some items are excellent value and you can expect to save between 25% and 80% off the normal prices. Delivery is approx 2 days after ordering depending on when you place the order. I purchased from makeup world a few weeks ago and was told the items would be with my in up to 5 days. I needed the items within that time as they were for my holiday. I even emailed the office to make sure before placing my order that they would be delivered in time, I was assured they would be. Well 10 days later and 4 emails still no sign of the goods. Everytime I email and enquire where they are I am either ignored or get a short reply which says something like 'in the post'. I am not impressed and cannot believe the customer services is so poor. Makeupworld is a Fairly new site which sells quite a wide variety of branded cosmetics. They have some of the bigger names like Clinique and some of the Less well known such as Mary Quant. I bought a benefit Bad gal lash Mascara £10.50 and a Bad Gal eyeliner £9.50 both with a nice discount of the RRP. products arrived quickly and I was not dissapointed.
