Im really not the sort of person who is 'into fashion' I simply wear the same old clothes week in week out until they wear out, also I hardly ever do any internet shopping due to problems in the past. However, my girlfriend uses m and m direct and as I was at her house I noticed a catalogue of the items listed in their latest clearance. The front page featuring flip flops caught my eye as im going on holiday soon so needed some more flip flops and they seemed to be a reasonable price, so later that night I went onto their website.

Here I am three days later with a package from them which cost me £120! I sort of went a little bit over the top from my original idea of just buying some flip flops.

I found the website very easy to use, it lists many different designer labels for less than you would pay for an average brand in the high street. You can search via brand, or garment type and size which I found to be very simple to narrow down thousands of results to just the few that would fit me. I really liked this as it saves so much time trawling through clothes in shops in the high street and I think I may now be converted into an internet clothes shopper!

Once the items were selected it was simple to pay and there was no need to go through a huge sign up process which I have had to do before.

One part which I thought was a little unfair was that you had to spend £3.90 on delivery for orders up to £100, if you went over this amount then it was free. I thought that say £50 would have been a little bit fairer for free delivery. However, in saying this I have recieved a promo code from them for free delivery over £35, obviosly to keep my custom but I think I would have gone back anyway so its a bit of a bonus.

One downside to the internet shopping is that you have to pay to send the items back if they dont fit, which I can understand as this helps to keep their costs low and is only fair really. I havent had experience of getting a refund back from them yet but the process seems simple and I have packaged the unfit items upto be posted tomorrow and I have every confidence that I will be refunded quickly and efficently.

Overall I think that the website is very easy to use and offers a huge array of items at hugely discounted prices, delivery is fast and efficient and the overall quality seems to be very good, I will definatly be using them again in the near future.
