RUBBISH SERVICE! OVER CHARGING! (McCord)

I ordered a bookcase from McCord.
They rang to tell me it was out of stock.
Instead I ordered 2 smaller bookcases instead.
2 bookcases arrived PLUS the larger which turned out to be in stock.
Refused large bookcase.
Signed refused on docket.
Statement arrived.
They charged me for large bookcase.
Rang and complained.
They said I would have to wait 28 days for refund.
I asked why and they said they would have to wait to get it back in the warehouse.
They said they would ring when the 28 days were up.
Never rang.
Credit Card statement came and I was charged intrest on the item.
4 phonecalls later and I was told to put it in writing before the refund.
Put it in writing and anbout the interest.
Got email - Item refunded.
No compensation or credit card interest returned.
Emailed again.
Told to put it in writing............
Here we go round the mulberry bush.
This is a disaterous service from a company who relies on good customer service.DO NOT BOTHER!!
