Website ordered from is R4I.co.uk but this is a micro-site owned by memorybits. I would like to say that my experience with this company was good .. it started well. Their web site is good, well laid out and the ordering process was smooth. Their web site states same day shipping on a 3-5 day service from Jersey. Unfortunately, like many others, the problems start when the company fails to ship the product. After 4 days I e-mailed and was told goods would ship the following Monday. I have also had a bad experience using this company. I ordered a replecement battery for my Daughter's phone (Motorola PEBL) on the 30th December. I had searched a number of websites and finally came accross this one which was significantly cheaper than many other web sites and was doing a frees postage offer at the time. I also looked at number of the reviews on the Google checkout site and they seemed mostly favourable apart from one which said that it his order had got lost in the post. Knowing that the postal service can be a bit questionable at the time I thought this was OK. I thought I would give then the benefit of a week before ... Read the complete review

In November 2008 I ordered some RAM from MemoryBits. I used the 'Easy to use memory finder' on the 'MemoryBits' website to find the right memory. On arrival the memory was clearly wrong, wouldn't fit etc. I returned it for a refund. Upon not receiving a refund I have been continually fobbed off by their call-handlers. First of all they cited their own policy of no refunds on opened memory packaging. I pointed out they recommended, then sent me the wrong memory, their policy cannot over-ride my legal rights. After more prevarication their latest explanation is that the 'memory finder' is not MemeoryBit's, but Kingston's. They say I must therefor ... Read the complete review

I placed an order on 02 December, 2007 . The order never arrived . I emailed several times . Each time I was told "The order will be with you shortly" - it never arrived . Finally - after a year - I emailed them again and was told "Im sorry but we are not sending an order out that is over a year old. That is too long to leave it. " . I would say avoid them like the plague .

Very nice website, easy to use.
Wondered why my stuff hadn't arrived after 5 days so i instant chatted to their customer service and was told half had shipped and the other half was in stock and would be shipping that day.
Checked two days later and was told it would now be arriving in stock later that day, and shipping later that day too, and the other half my order now had no record of existing. Could not get a straight answer so i've asked them to cancel the order.
Still trying to get confirmation that it's been cancelled.
I am far from impressed.
