UTTER UTTER CROOKS, do not go anywhere near.
The 5 star review on this site was proably written by the company. They are awful. they lie constantly. never ship goods and then refuse any refund. I ordered a memory card from them and it said it would take max 4 days. After a week, i checked my order and it was still awaiting dispatch. Spoke to Jay on the phone and over their webchat, was very appologetic, kept saying it had got mixed up and he would send it right away, this has gone on for days and nothing. My suspision is that they never have half the stuff in stock but just take your money and think you will forget about it.
This is the 6 time i had spoken to JAY on the live chat thing they have.

you: Hello Jay , spoke to you twice already today, order no 608708, you said you would send a confirmation email and i still have not had one. What is going on please, this is getting to be a joke.
Jay: i will do it now

you: I really hope you do not let me down, i am a patient person and have been very patient dealing with you and the company but it is getting beyond a joke. I'm only after a 12 quid memory card, how hard can it be. For a site that prides it self on customer service why is nothing done when you guys say it will be done?
Jay: I'm sorry for the delay. I'll be right with you.
Jay: my colleague is going to send you one in a moment
you: i will believe it when i see it, Can you send it right a way and please message me on this live messenger when it is done.
you: i have my email account open now and am awaiting the email
you: still nothing
Jay: it seems there has been a problem with the system the order has not yet been sent i am sorry that i have missinformed you
you: I don't believe this
you: i have been reading reviews on the interent of memorybits and it says that you frequently do this
you: I am very cross, i have now been misinformed 4 times, 3 times by yourself, this is not good enough. I want you to cancel my order and refund my money now. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Jay: im sorry i cannot cancel it as it has gone to far i am verys sorry about this
you: Sorry is not good enough, i now do not beleive thing you guys say. all you are doing is saying sorry but nothing is done to sort this out. This is not good enough
you: What can YOU do now to sort this out

Jay: dispatch the order on monday and if you are not happy when the order arrives you can send it back to us and we will give you a refund
you: Yeah but you have told me it was already dispatched. So i know that you have lied to me already. Answer me this do you think that i am being unreasonable????
