www.mobiles.co.uk is a great site where you can sign up to mobile phone contracts or buy pay as you go phones and with most of the contract phones you get a free gift.

About six months ago I was looking to get a contract phone so I browsed all over the internet to find the best deals. Then on google I came across this site. The site is very easy to use as soon as you get on the site you can see straight away they have all of the top of the range phones. If you no what specific phone you want then just select which make and model you are after, there is a search thing on the left hand side to do this.

The site shows all the best deals from each phone provide so there are deals on orange, O2, T mobile, 3 and virgin.You can choose a phone package suitable for you. So if you hardly send any texts then you can sign up for a contract with more minutes. I actually signed up for the dolphin pack which costs me £35 a month and with that I get 600 minutes to any network and unlimited texts. Which I think is very reasonable. There are cheaper packages if you prefer you can get some deals for £15.

There is a wide variety of phones to choose from. The phone I signed up for was the purple Lg Viewty which at the time was the newest one out. Some of the other phones that are on the site are: Lg cookie, Blackberry phones, Nokias, Samsung and lots more to suit everyone.

Now to the best part with most of the contract phones you get a free gift. The gift depends on what phone you have but normally you have an option to pick which one you want and they show you which you can have. I chose to have 12 months half price line rental as I added up which would save me the most money in the long run and this suited me. You don't automatically get half price rental you need to send them your bill after six months then after that every 3 months and they will send you a cheque each time you send your bill. My husband chose to get a £100 cash back and he received that within 3 weeks. Some of the other gifts include: PS3, Wii and Wii fit, laptops, Xbox 360 and guitar heroes and many more. They state that the highest price of the gifts is £389 so very good and you can get cheques up to £250. You will find for the top of the range phone your gift maybe slightly smaller but it is your choice. If you sign up before 5pm then they will send you the phone and gift by Special delivery straight away.

Now signing up to get your phone is really easy you can do it all over the internet you just click the phone you like then pick the free gift then follow on with the instructions. When we signed up we were having a little trouble on the site so we done it over the phone and they did a credit check. I'm not sure if they do this all the time but ours come back fine and the following day our phones arrived. The contract phones are for 12 months or 18 months which most are nowadays. Each month you will be sent a bill from your phone provider like normal and you just pay the bill.

A few times I haven't been sure on things so I just rung the customer services and they helped me out straight away. There is only one sort of negative thing which is if you sign up to a phone and the gift you want isn't in stock then they wont send the phone until they have the gift to. This can be annoying if you want your phone immediately. But other then that a brilliant site with lots of bargains.
