This company does not deserve to be in business. I bought a mobile phone from them on contract just over a year ago, and was appalled by what I found. Their cashback system is utterly atrocious, and despite complying with their instructions, I had to fight tooth and nail for every payment. Claims were paid only after I kicked up a massive fuss, and each claim was at least two months late (and I was one of the fortunate ones!). Their customer service team were downright rude, and on one occasion, the woman even refused to put me through to the right department! ** Avoid - Cashback is a rip off!!**
Been waiting for three months for cashback, with excuse that they cannot confirm bank details in their database. I offered to resend my bank details but they are not interested. Avoid if you expect cashback.

Cheapest deal, quick delivery, fast friendly telephone help. This was my best buy of the season. I wanted a Nokia 6310(i) but it was over £50 to buy in all the usual high street shops - unless I paid for masses of airtime I didn't need. Mobileshop.com sold the phone for free, with a decent accessories pack and any Orange tariff. Ordering was easy (although form was about 3 screens long as it would be in a shop). standard email advised me order was received, 2nd email two days later advising phone had been despatched. If you think that the latest Carphone Warehouse deal is good – think again! You can get a better deal at MobileShop.com or I will eat my Nokia 8210! The web site is easy to navigate – although sometimes a little slow – and has all the deals from Orange, Vodaphone and Cellnet, but with a big bonus.
