Advantages: cheapest deal, good customer care, efficent process

Cheapest deal, quick delivery, fast friendly telephone help.

This was my best buy of the season. I wanted a Nokia 6310(i) but it was over £50 to buy in all the usual high street shops - unless I paid for masses of airtime I didn't need. Mobileshop.com sold the phone for free, with a decent accessories pack and any Orange tariff.

Ordering was easy (although form was about 3 screens long as it would be in a shop). standard email advised me order was received, 2nd email two days later advising phone had been despatched. Phone arrived following day, delivered by Royal Mail (or Parcelforce).

I had to call the Mobileshop help line as Orange hadn't updated the system. The Mobileshop network manager stayed at work 45 minutes past her leaving time to ensure I did get connected OK and was very friendly.

Simply - this is how it should be. Just got to work out what Bluetooth does now!
