A short while ago I decided I needed to buy a leather case for my mobile phone. I took a stroll around the town looking in the many phone shops that have sprung up all over town of late and was quite surprised to see that a very small amount of leather and a bit of plastic could cost so much, starting price of £10 and up wards. After a little thought I decided to take a look on line. I have shopped quite a few times on line with much success.

After surfing around for a while I came across (mobleshop.co.uk). I found this site very easy to read and well laid out with a menu down the left side ready to link me with a good selection of things related to mobile phones. I found it very easy to navigate and very quickly found the link I need. The whole site seemed to load quite quickly.

The site is mainly for mobile phones but has links to their other sites, camerashop.co.uk, moviesshop.co.uk, soundandvisionshop.co.uk, gamersshop.co.uk and bookshop.co.uk. As yet I have only bought from the mobileshop but I fully intend to check their other sites out soon.

I clicked on the accessories link and found they had a fair selection including the leather case I was looking for. It seemed a nice little case for £7, not so bad so I took a chance and added it to my basket. I then proceeded to the check out, where I was delighted to find I was not going to be charged shipping costs so I decided to go ahead and buy. I filled in my card details, which was very easy and quite a quick process and made my purchase.

The site claims to dispatch all Items in stock with in 48 hours if possible, as my case was in stock I expected to arrive within the mentioned three days (two for dispatch and one for delivery). Well did I get my goods in three days, YES! It arrived
on time, the package was strong and secure and the goods were in a perfect condition.
I quickly got my phone and popped it into the case and it fitted perfectly.

I found the whole experience of using this site excellent, so excellent in fact that having decided to buy my son a new (pay as you go) phone for his Christmas present, themobileshop.com was my very first thought. I went back to their site and almost instantly found the very phone I wanted, on the network I wanted. I then decided to also buy the accessories to go with it, I found most of them but one thing I couldn't find was a leather case so I made a note of their free phone number and decided to ask them if I could obtain one.

When I called the number, as always the first thing I was greeted by was the answer machine, this told me all the operators were busy and I would have to hold, it then told me I was no 2 in the queue. I thought this was quite thoughtful, as mostly you have no Idea of when you are going to talk to a human and sometimes seem to hold for hours, they report your position every couple of minutes. It soon went to no 1 then my call was answered very quickly from there. I should say I was on hold for about 4 minutes in total. Also the music played was quite cheerful too.

When I got to talk to someone, I found her to be very polite and easy to understand. (I have nothing against foreigners but I do wish they wouldn?t seek employment-answering phones when their English is hard to understand). How ever I explained my needs and was told the cases were on order so I made my order there and then. I must say I found the girl to be very helpful and she seemed to know exactly what she was talking about. After talking to the girl I logged on to the Internet to read my email and found that within minutes I had received an online receipt.

Well far be it for me to come between true love, and the company seem so helpful, I thought I would phone them to see if I could make a change to my order. No problem, this time I spoke to an easy to understand young man who gladly sorted it all out for me. He told me that the order would be a little delayed because of the case, I told him I already knew this as the girl had already explained this so he said he would divide the order up so I would get the goods that were in stock in time for Christmas just in case the case took a little longer than expected.

I received the phone and other accessories within two days all packaged well and in top condition. The money was taken from account with no problems. I am still waiting for the case but they are keeping me fully informed.

All in all to sum up this site and its service, all I can say is I wish everything in life was this simple. Their service is great, their staff are well informed and very, very helpful and they deliver all they promise and their prices are the best I have seen in my search on the net.

I would recommend this site to everyone.
