Disadvantages: Cashback promises not kept, customer service abysmal

This company does not deserve to be in business. I bought a mobile phone from them on contract just over a year ago, and was appalled by what I found.

Their cashback system is utterly atrocious, and despite complying with their instructions, I had to fight tooth and nail for every payment. Claims were paid only after I kicked up a massive fuss, and each claim was at least two months late (and I was one of the fortunate ones!).

Their customer service team were downright rude, and on one occasion, the woman even refused to put me through to the right department! They also kept me on hold for periods of 10 minutes at a time.

I have read many reviews on various websites about this company and it seems many people have suffered exactly the same problems. Do not be taken in by this company. Avoid like the plague if you care about your cash.

Summary: Awful experience. Avoid like the plague.
