That explains my initial reaction to this site...

I found this site through dooyoo. I had been planning on buying an ericsson T20 for some time, and had been saving up the £100 I thought it was going to cost me.

However, I come across this site, and have a look around...

And what do you think I found? An ericsson T20, on Orange pay as you talk, for £74.99! £25 cheaper than any other shop I've come across.

As is to be expected, I immediately bought this phone.

Ordering was perfectly straightforward through their secure server. I simply put in my details, and I got an email confirming my order.

As stated on the site, they offer next day delivery. I'd ordered on a Sunday, so it didn't arrive until the Tuesday, but they are true to their claims with the speedy delivery!

The site is very easy to navigate. Everything is clearly set out, and it tells you pretty much everything you could posibly want to know.

However, if they have missed something, they have a freephone number to call, should you have any queries, and a form on the site for the same purpose.

They also have a section with ringtones for you to copy into your phone. And not only do they have the usual Nokia ringtones, but Ericsson ones as well! I was greatly impressed...

Having experienced a problem with my phone I'm in the process of getting a replacement, which seems relatively simple, seeing everything is covered by a 12 month warranty.
I'll update once I've got further with this.

Their customer service form on their website is truly brilliant. I simply put in my name, address and details of my problem and submitted the form.
I recieved an email later thats day with an answer to my query. I replyed with a second question, to which i recieved an immediate answer.
