I ordered about £170 worth of spare parts for my parent's mower on 02 Sep 12. The order was processed payment was immediately taken from my account. After 2 weeks, the parts hadn't arrived and so I contacted Mower Magic to see if they could give me some idea of when I could expect them. I was told they were taking some time to arrive from their supplier. I ordered a part from this firm and payed by paypal but what they don't make clear is when you fill out the order form for the part and put in a delivery address then pay by paypal all the delivery instructions are overridden and the item is sent to the principal paypal address,it won't even give you the option of other paypal addresses.this is ok if you wanted it to go to that address but when you have placed and paid for the order it still comes up with the address you put on the order form not the changed address. But with mower magic the customer is always wrong so first and last time of usiing them and would advise anyone to steer clear.

Whats the point of having a business webite, taking orders AND payment, and a week later when the customer phones up to find out why the goods havent arrived, (clearly stated that they would be posted first class delivery) - TO FIND OUT THAT THEY HAVENT EVEN PROCESSED MY ORDER AND GOODS ARE STILL AT THE DEPOT. This company is a shambles. Do not waste your money, time or energy with this shower of s..t.

I have used this company over the past couple of years and I have always found them to be excellent. They have always been extremely helpful and have often gone the extra mile for me. I have bought several products and not being great with electricals have often needed to ring up for advice and every time I have called the staff they have been brilliant, from which spare part I need to advising me on the best machine for the job nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. The last purchase I made I used the spring discount code and saved myself £48!!!! So always look out for the codes throughout the year as they really can save you a lot of money. This is the first time I have left a negative review about any supplier, but my experience was so bad I think other potential customers should know quite how little is behind their slick marketing image before risking an order. For me they will now always be known as Mower Tragic, which I feel more accurately reflects the experience I had. I chose to order from them based on price and that their website proudly claimed they were a family company, with all the inferences that has for quality of service.
