Musica is a website I discovered while searching for low prices on the internet. They stock a wide selection of CDs and DVDs at low prices, but there are reasons behind their low rating here on Dooyoo. I ordered a CD from Musica in January, recieved a confirmation email, and they took my payment. Since then I still havnt recieved the CD, and they havnt replied to any of my emails and wont answer the phone. Early reviews of this site are favourable (i have successfully used them in the past) But since they have moved to Jersey they have dramatically changed for the worse. Do not use musica, they are robbing customers and should be shut down, i have made a complaint to the trading standards; tradingstandards@gov.je in Jersey, and registared a complaint with the BBC WATCHDOG site. Not to beat about the bush, Musica are thieving scum. I ordered a CD from their site on 14 December 2003, with money deducted from my bank account on 17 December 2003. The intention was that my purchase would be a Christmas present for a relative. I had not received this item by Christmas, and could not check on the progress of the transaction over Christmas and the New Year as their website was down. The website came back up in mid January 2004. I read with interest the previous reviews of Musica - admittedly not very recent. Well, my experiences with this dodgy outfit are somewhat different. I ordered a couple of Cd's back in April 2003, and despite being given a delivery time of 1 - 2 weeks, I waited over a month for their arrival. I sent several emails asking about the delay, but never received an answer. Anyway, the discs arrived eventually, and I put the delay down to a one off experience.
