Terrible terrible quality and service. i placed and order and paid upfront and in full on the 9th february 2009 and was advised it would arrive within 3-5 days. it is now the 26th february and it has yet to materlialise.

i have chased three times and received only one reply at first to advise it had been dispatched on the 13th feb (clearly not the truth). all recent emails and calls have been ignored.

it seems that you get what you pay for and in future i will purchase all of my cosmetic and beauty purchase from quality retial outlets.
I WOULD NOT recommend.

The site itself is very basic and boring, I personally also find it hard on the eye as there are little bits of writing, which appear to be scattered everywhere. There does seem to be a lot of links to money saving offers, such as buy 2 items save £10, free delivery on orders over £20, 3 for 2 and sale of the day. However when I actually looked further into the site I thought the selection was actually very limited, they didn't sell any of my favourite perfumes, which aren't unusual ones - 212 sexy, Calvin Klein eternity moments, Diesel or any or the Emperio Armarni ones. ~~MYBEAUTYSECRETS.CO.UK~~ MyBeautySecrets.co.uk is an amazing discount cosmetics site with a wholesale feel and look to it and they do in fact do 'Trade Sales' as featured on their homepage. On first impressions when entering the site is of a basic, no-nonsense serious money making site. The homepage is crammed full of all kinds of amazing money off deals. Its layout is basically white in the background appearance with blue and black font to the fore. I purchased some pills from mybeautysecrets which made me poorly. I thought I cold take advantage of their money back, no quibble guarantee. I emailed them as instructed and they ignored my email. I sent it again and they ignored it. This morning I have tried to email their complaints dept and the emails keep being returned undeliverable. I won't be using them again.
