I have used this site on many occasions to order items for my digital camera - I first came across it when searching the internet for a memory card and found these to have the best price along with free delivery. It was an instant hit! I have never had any problems so I guess this is why I am such a fan of the site!





What they sell:
The site is a store selling all sorts of bits and bobs to do with cameras, camcorders, mobiles, PC's, computers and GPS. It mainly deals with components for all these such as memory cards, batteries and other such pieces. They also have accessories such as camera cases, travel adapters and other random bits. They have quite a large catalogue of items and so it is quite handy for those looking for particular items as you can search a wide range of these products.



The site:
The site is very nicely laid out in my opinion and also very pleasant to look at with fairly simple colours and with easy to navigate tabs. The homepage immediately seems inviting an array of offers coming up and link to other areas easy to find. Along the left hand side you will see the links to the products and this can be search by either category or brand.
The site is also very well looked after in terms of how well it is updated - stock is changing constantly and you can instantly see if a product is out of stock. I also find that nothing stays out of stock for too long which means that they obviously monitor very well when stock is dwindling.





Signing up:
I would recommend you sign up to the site as first of all this will generate discount offers for you. When you think that the site has free delivery anyway then this is a good bonus as you of course will not be just using discount to get rid of delivery charges as I find I sometimes have to do with some sites. Signing up is relatively quick with the usual details such as name, address and email address taken from you. Once signed up you can then also track previous and new orders. You can also update any of your own details fairly easily.



Delivery:
As we know delivery is free for any order. You can even order and get free delivery for Europe and worldwide which is excellent. Delivery is normally within 2-3 days from day of order and I can vouch that I have never waited any longer than this. European is 3-5 days and worldwide is 5-10 days. Overall not bad considering its free!



Returns:
You can return items to them and they will even refund postage. Of course you should check the policy before sending back as they will not refund if they find the item is not faulty and that was why you returned it. They will simply send the item back to you. Refunds are done once they have checked the item is in working order if you are sending back simply because you have changed your mind and of course the item must be in the original packaging.





Payment:
I also love the fact that this site accepts pay pal as a payment method - they didn't used to when I first started using them but, now that they do this makes it even better for me personally and I know a lot of other people prefer this option to using their own bank or credit card directly. They do take all major cards including solo and electron.



Overall opinion:
Personally, I love this site as it is easy to use, takes pay pal, always has a good range f items and they are pretty quick at delivering items even though it has free delivery! Another feature I really like which I feel I should mention is the 'memory selector' which means if you're unsure what type of memory card for example to use in your camera then you can search by the brand and model of your device and it will tell you which items are compatible from the ones it sells.
I would say that if you do need some form of gadget or accessory then to try this site in your comparison, as the majority of time for me, it has proved to be the best!
