“ Nutritional protein health supplements. „
I have been using MyProtein for many years so I guess just by that statement you can tell how I am going to review them, however having had a brief look at other reviews here of which there are 15, there seems to be a real mix of opinions. It's a bit of a tricky review as it is a review of the website, so I will try and focus on this rather than the quality of their actual products but of course this will get mentioned at times. So Myprotein.co.uk is a website which sells mainly performance enhancing products. I first heard about them through the recommending of buying Whey protein, however a few years ago they did have quite a small range. It has literally grown tenfold and outside of Maxi Muscle is one of the main supplement websites out there due to their favourable prices. There are many different ways you can search, the most simply if you know specifically what product you are looking for is the search bar. Then there is also by category so if you want meal replacements, proteins, accessories vitamins, however more recently they have added it through a goals section. So you search through your goals, whether that is to build big or lean muscle, or endurance or power or events women's fitness. Once you click on your goal they then provide you with suitable supplements for your cause and there is even a training workout for you to follow if you need extra guidance. Similarly as well as searching for goals, they provide a range of sports ranging from boxing to rugby to swimming to cricket and many more. Here under each sport they give a list of recommending products as well as their helpful tips. This is pretty useful but I have to be honest and admit I haven't tried this section of their site out yet. Now in terms of each product there are many options. They provide a number of different sizes and flavours and I will use their most popular product Impact Whey Protein as an example. Here they provide three different range sizes, so if you are not sure on the quality, you can initially buy a small batch, and the more you like their product the bigger size you can get to then get the bigger discounts and it really is a case of the more you buy the bigger percentage you will save. In terms of flavours, this is another side that has grown over the years, I remember when there was just four flavours, now there is fourteen. Ranging from vanilla, to chocolate to cookies and cream. Also the best aspect of the product page is the product review, they do publish each review so the positive as well as the negative, and this then gives you an idea of the product and it is likely with the hundreds of review that someone would have address any specific concerns you may have. When you purchase products you own points much like a store card. The more you spend the more points you get. I don't really pay much attention to this so can't tell you how much they are worth but you can use them to save money on future products so is a good feature. In terms of the quality of the products I haven't had any issues with it and I haven't had a chance yet to contact customer service as the service has been perfect. I always receive my orders within one or two days so again no complaints here. I have to give this five stars.
Over the last few years I have been on something of a health kick, which has seen me become a member of a local PureGym (why do all these fittness companies have to mash two words together to make a name?!). As someone who has to research the hell out of anything I do or buy (that's how I ended up here), I got to looking into protein supplements and similar products to see if they would help my on-going performance. I started buying some whey protein from local health store like Holland & Barrett, but the stuff they sell, mainly Maximuscle, is very expensive, even with their frequent promos. I couldn't afford to spend a fortune on this stuff, since at the end of the day it really just an experiment in vanity (I blame watching too many superhero films with muscly guys in them!). So I went online and very quickly found MyProtein, a UK based online retailer with a huge range of well-priced health & fitness supplements. So huge a range in fact, that to the total beginner, it can soon overwhelm and confuse you. I mean, do you get Hurricane XS, with its all in one formula, or Total Protein, with extra Flax seed powder (?). To a seasoned pro (the guys who put me to shame at the gym), I sure it's easy to know what stuff you need, but I was rather lost in a sea of creatine and whey protein. Thankfully, their site contains sub sections based on what your goals are, or what your main focus is on, i.e. weight loss, general fitness, muscle building etc. From here they suggest more specific products, which does help narrow things down a bit. After a bit more research, I found some products I reckoned would have me out-bench-pressing Arnie in no time (yeah...). Choosing, for example, Impact Whey Protein (their best-selling protein product) gives you the option of choosing between three size options 1, 2.5, & 5KG, do not underestimate how much powder 2.5KG actually is! It's more than you think. You also get a large selection of rather tasty sounding flavours, with options as such as Bannoffe, chocolate mint and peaches & cream. I have to admit, it's an impressive selection given the usual three flavours available for similar items. Since I'm not reviewing any specific product, I won't go in to too much detail, but the flavours I have tried were actually pretty nice, as far as protein shakes go; the Mint Choc tasted like Mint Aero! The shakes mix fairly easily, and don't tend to leave many lumps. If you want, you can always spruce them up a bit by blending fruit into them. When it comes to prices, I recon MyProtein are one of the best value suppliers available. A 1 KG bag of Strawberry Cream flavour Impact Whey Protein costs £14.99, which is over half the price of Maximuscle ProMax Protein @ 35.99 for 908g, but contains a very similar amount of protein (20.5g v's 23g per portion). As you buy multiple amounts of an item, the price goes down per unit, so if you can afford to buy in bulk, you can save a fair bit. Going along the same bulk buy theme, they have a £50 minimum for free postage, anything under costs £4.95 extra. £50 seems a bit high to me, but even if you add that charge on, it's still cheaper than most other suppliers. In order to keep costs down, they are pretty no-frills when it comes to their packaging. Protein shakes and other powders generally come in re-sealable plastic pouches rather than tubs, and they don't include measuring scoops. Extras like that are sold separately, but once you have bought one, you don't really need another. The pouches are fairly hard wearing, but the zip-lock seal on mine tend to wear out before you can finish the stuff inside, so I would recommend decanting it into a re-sealable Tupperware box or something. You have to set up an account in order to buy anything from them, but this is no different than many online stones these days anyway, it just means yet another password to remember. The most annoying issue I have had with them is that since registering, I have had a flurry of spam promo-offer emails from them, and despite my best efforts I still seem to get at least a couple of emails every week. I have read a fair few mixed reviews online regarding their customer service levels; everything for glowing reports to damning rants. All I can say is that I have not had any issues regarding orders, payments or deliveries as long as I have used them, which is admittedly only three times so far. Delivery is pretty prompt, with orders getting dispatched the same or next working day. My deliveries tend to arrive within 3 days. They have been pretty well packaged, arriving in cardboard boxes in good condition, and nothing has ever been missing, or burst. Overall, I have found MyProtein to be very much of the 'stack 'em high, sell 'em low' type of seller. They are certainly no-frills, but they do offer a pretty immense selection of health and fitness products, and then some, and all at very competitive prices. I don't really have much to say against them to be honest. I would like to see them package their products in more robust containers, but I guess any change there would simply push up prices, so I can understand why they do it, considering how cheap they are. They are mainly geared towards bulk-buying, so trying to pick up a small tub of multi-vitamins may not work out the best value, but stack a few things together, and you can get a bargain. The spam mails are pretty much the only other annoying thing I have as a negative. I appreciate that this kind of online store has a fairly specialised target market, but if you ever need to pick up some health/fitness supplements, it's certainly worth a look.
myprotein.com - Horrific experience - cheated out of my money (£237.72 or 301 eur worth purchase) After www.myprotein.com took the cash from my friends credit card (£237.72 or 301 eur worth purchase) they refuse to send me the items and they ignore all e-mails, banned me from their forum and would not return the money. Do not trust www.myprotein.com ! When you try to e-mail to them all you get is avtomatic responses. When you reguster on forum and comaplin they ban you. The bank called the credit card owner who confirmed with bank but they still want more personal data from you. They took the cash and now there is no response from them. Every e-mail address returns different tracking number (feedbakc, support, marketing) but no human response. add: got confirmation after 2 days, with promise that it will be dispatched shortly (within 24 hours). add2: they wrothe back saying they will consider sending the package (gasp!) add3: after several hours the terror continues. From the responses I got it is clearly seen that they did not read the e-mails I sent and discarded my info. I requested that they return the cash and cancel the order to end this agony. I got no response so far nor did I get the money back. add4: New day, still no response on my request to cancel the order and return the money, the money was not returned either, waiting. Will keep this updated as time goes by until i get the products. Order 4316464 - guess they get a lot of traffic. Best regards, Ziga
I purchased some instant oats of Myprotein and their service was so good i thought. First of all i got 5% off the purchase, also the free delivery they had on at the time was good. I ordered the oats on a Saturday Night (23:00) and it came first thing Monday morning which i though was amazing service. Considering post doesn't run on sundays usually, so i was really happy with that. I thought i would go for the unflavoured because I'm ok with taste but it taster terrible. I ended up giving it away in the end as couldn't stand it. I now see that they do a item called FlavDrops which costs £1 where you can add small droplets of your favourite flavour. The prices on the site are very good, seem to offer cheap stacks in bundles. Apart from the taste, it thought the service i got from them was excellent. Worth going for them, just get it flavoured.
I Have had nothing but bother with this company, numerous emails sent back and forth, with responses from myprotein looking like my emails were never even read. Voucher Codes did not work, they sent me 3 i total, none of them worked. I think they just expect you to give up as it is just a measly 5% discount, but for me it became about principal. If you go through the online helpdesk, there are a series of questions, to 'help' you with your querie, on 3 occasions i went through these questions with the same outcome everytime, they told me to download a voucher querie form from the downloads section - in the downloads section this form did not exist, which i pointed out to them 3 tims! This was going to be my 1st order with myprotein, but i didnt go through with it, after thier, inability to provide any kind of customer service. In my last email to them after recieving 3 discount codes that did not work, there was not even the slightest scent of an apology. C'mon myprotein thats customer service 101 - wether the customer is right or wrong - you ALWAYS apologise. I have wasted an entire week of my time trying to order from this site and awaiting responses. Shocking - Im off to watchdog. I have also just realised that the reviews site they advertise on thier page only allows people with an order number who have ordered before to review thier services. Which means i cant write a review there, because i didnt even get as fas as placing an order after a week back and forth with them. The reviews the use on the site i would imagine are satisfied customers. I am not.
Terrible, Terrible Customer Service. Avoid. They say what makes the difference is not how companies react when everything is OK, but how well they treat you when things go wrong. I do wonder how many people on here saying "good customer service" have ever had the trial of simply trying to get through to the customer service team who subsequently don't do anything they say they will? Friday the 10th of June 2011: I placed a bulk order for various supplements. I knew I wouldn't be in during the week to receive it so I paid £12 extra for Saturday delivery before 12 noon. Saturday the 11th June 2011: Dutifully wasted my Saturday morning waiting in and no delivery received. Emailed MyProtein. Sunday the 12th June 2011: Received an automated delivery email from My Protein at 11am saying my order was dispatched on the 10th, due for delivery on the 17th (!!! - Not a Saturday) and including a tracking number that did not work. Monday the 13th June 2011: Called MyProtein - took nearly 20mins to answer the phone. Person on the phone told me my order had never left their warehouse. Said they would ensure delivery on the 14th and confirm with me. Called in the afternoon as no return call received - the person had gone home but was assured that if they said the order was on next day delivery it would be. Was also told my tracking number would start working after 19.00.... Guess what: It didn't start working at all. Tuesday the 14th June 2011: Called in a favour and arranged to stay in from work but tracking number still not working so called MyProtein - another interminable wait on the line (and, as it happens, the same people answer the phone no matter what option you select... so why are the options there in the first place???) Finally got through to the same person who told me my order had NOT BEEN DISPATCHED AGAIN - no reason was given, all my items were in stock, they simply hadn't bothered to sort it out in time for the delivery to go. No one bothered to let me know... nice. So, even after missing a 'guaranteed dispatch' if you order early in the day, despite the customer paying a premium for delivery, having to complain and you promising to send it next day, you still don't actually ensure the order is fulfilled as promised? I now wanted to cancel the order. They told me now that the only way to get a refund was to let the courier pick up the parcel from them and then have it returned - even though my order had not yet left their warehouse! Was also told that it would take up to 14 days to issue a refund for items they have never posted - despite them failing to send the parcel on multiple attempts. Now lacking in trust I asked them to confirm via email that they intended to refund my payment - was told the email would be sent straight away... nothing received. Incredible. Called again and enquired as to the email - the woman on the phone promised the order would be received Wednesday. Decided to give it one final try. Wednesday 15th June 2011: Order not received due to 'the courier soiling it' - this may or may not have happened but I decided I would never use MyProtein again. Asked for refund. Informed it could take two weeks but that they would try and hurry it along. Monday the 27th of June 2011: No refund in sight. Called and was informed order not processed as they had no received the items back from the courier - how is that my fault? They were NEVER DELIVERED. I will never use MyProtein again - there are too many alternatives to put up with poor service.
I've been around on the supplements market and I can tell you that 90% of them are bullshit and not worth buying. All the colorful ads and even more colorful promises tend to turn grey AFTER you bought and tried them. But this is where MyProtein shines, besides having dirt cheap prices they don't sell bullshit supplements and actually have feedback on 95% of their stock from real consumers like you and me. This will help you tremendously on deciding which supplements to take and which not. MyProtein offers a Lowest Prices guarantee. They buy in bulk, manufacture in-house, and sell direct online. Simply put, they cut out the middle man so we can buy the finest nutrition at the lowest possible prices. If you want even greater discounts, you can buy in bulk. The lifetime of their products are outstanding and so is their quality. MP offers an enormous amount of choices in taste and tests these personally. If in any case you get a bad batch you can contact them for replacements immediately. Apart from supplements MyProtein also offers help with your training, diet and lifestyle. The site has different sections dedicated entirely to that one goal you're after including all-round diets (that actually work), complete workouts and the exact supplements you need to reach that goal even quicker. The MyProtein staff is experienced and knows what they're doing. All of them workout too and are active in the community. They have an active forum and can be contacted through mail, phone and even post. I hang around on their forum too and have asked different kinds of questions which were all answered swift and accurate. Unlike other sites I have experience with this company actually puts their costumers first. no matter what. All things put together you get: - Massive Choice - Finest Quality - Exceptional Taste - Maximum Flexibility - Friendly Community - Fast Contact - Fast Shipping across Europe - and the Cheapest prices in Europe! On top of that (!) they offer a program which allows you to earn FREE supplements. After you've registered and done your first order (use MP179726 for 5% Discount) you get your own MP code which you can start giving out. Whenever people order with your code you get points! And those points can be turned in to cash in any supplements you want! You could say I'm a really satisfied customer which is probably why I actually spent time to write this review. If you liked it and it was helpful to you then use my MP code to get your first 5% Discount! Thanks and happy shopping! Superstar - MP179726
Being one of their first 2000 customers, I've seen MP grow from it's infancy. They have a constantly evolving product range and are constantly pushing the boundaries of what can be obtained "in bulk". MP have responded to their competitors by offering a "Price Match" function at the bottom of the home page - and this is where the true savings can be made. Their biggest competitor, Bulk Powders, have undercut them for a number of years, but with the price match, you can get MP's products for the same price. Simply enter the web address in the box at the bottom and a list will appear of all the products they currently do a price match on. There are other sites they price match, also - a quick google search would throw them up as I'm unsure if I'm allowed to mention them here. Their referral system is quite handy, allowing you to earn 3 points (3pence) for every pound your referral spends in the store on their first order. Using your promotional code will also give them 5% off their first order. Win - win. Delivery times have always been prompt. The most recent review stated that delivery was free if the order was over £75 - however, this was just a promotion. Free delivery is only on orders over £100. Nevertheless, postage and packing is normally £4, which, on an order weighing more 20kg, isn't too shabby! There's also a forum and articles on the site for those just starting out or people who need guidance or would like to ask questions.
MyProtein.co.uk is one of the UK leading sports nutrition companies and now rivals that of Maximuscle in both taste and quality. I have used a wide range of products sold by MP over the course of my three year custom, of which my favourite is the whey protein concentrate - unflavoured. The reason being it is completely natural product from EU dairy farms and contains no sweeteners or preservatives and so is both economical and environmentally friendly, not to mention it now comes in a refill bag rather than a huge plastic bucket which is not very bio-degradable. What also separates MP from the pack is that they also sell health foods such as nuts, seeds, grains and egg whites, which are sometimes hard to come by when shopping at a regular shop, and it offers the benefit of buying everything from one place and saving both time and money. The use of basic packaging and labeling also means that the end consumer saves on costs and so gets more value for money compared to some brands which spend huge sums on marketing the product. MyProtein are also very proficient with their delivery of goods, they now offers a 48 hour delivery promise for their flat rate fee and also when you spend over £75 delivery is completely free. Last but by no means least i think the biggest perks of using MP is the referral scheme which allows friends to save 5% on their first order and you earn a commission based on how much they spend, not only that but they offer a price match service which ensures that you are getting the best price available in Europe! For those health conscious amongst us, give it a try, there is certainly something for everyone be it male or female, the forum gives out friendly advice which no pressure to buy goods, just honest helpful information on how to improve your fitness related goals.
MyProtein is my first stop for supplements. Having started a new exercise regime this summer, I was in need of a supplement to help give me that extra boost and to recover quickly. I looked around on sites such as MaxiMuscle, but found price the key negative. This is where MyProtein's key strength lies: in it's reduced price products. For example the supplement that I buy from there is called Hurricane XS, which is effectively the MaxiMuscle Cyclone. The cyclone costs around £30 for a 1.2kg tub, with Hurricane costing £27 for double the amount at 2.5kg. I have, before I found MyProtein, used Maximuscle, yet I find the results exactly the same if not better with the Hurricane. Away from the obvious key selling point of the low price for high quality products, the customer service is excellent. The sign up process is quick and easy, and most impressive of all, my product arrived within 3 working days. This is especially good if you want to get on your new exercise regime as quickly as possible, or keep up momentum with a current fitness programme. Finally, the MyProtein website is very easy to use, a decent search bar at the top of the site, and a clear navigation bar on the left hand side of the page. To round this excellent site off, the range of stock is extensive and can provide for any nutritional needs.
My Protein really is a great web site for those that are into supplements and keeping in shape, its has a many benefits, the main being ..IT'S CHEAPER THAN THE REST..!! This place blows the others out of the water when it comes to price and quality of products. One of the main line sold is a protein supplement, protein is essential if you want to build hard, lean muscle, protein powder is seriously thought of as being the most important supplement for gaining muscle mass. Although unlike other retailers they sell several types of protein powder shake ranging from acid whey, soy, pea and milk protein formulas, all ridiculously competitively priced. Protein is the most essential of all supplements if you want to build hard, lean muscle, protein powder is seriously thought of as being the most important supplement for gaining muscle mass. The thing I like about this site is that they have a user forum, where there is plenty of user info and reviews on the products they sell. My Protein also offer discounts for multiple purchases and returning customers, I recently purchased the impact whey protein and can easily say it's the best ive tried to date, tastes great and mixes well with milk and/or water. Its not only protein they sell, they sell all sorts of supplements as follows; Antioxidants Digestion and Probiotics Joint Care Health and Well Being Omega 3 and Fish Oils Sports Supplements Weight Loss Vitamins and Minerals Carbohydrates Essential Fatty Acids Fibre Amino Acids Creatine Health and Wellness Herb Extracts I not so long ago bought Holland and Barrett's body fortress creatine supplement online for £17.50 which included the delivery charge, it was 908g with only 5g of creatine per serving. My protein sells the same type of stuff for £1.95 for 100g, £7.95 for 500g and £13 for 1kg. These prices will be even less if you use the discount method on the forums, the bonus with this website is that they sell a product called Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL or CEE for short. Its 100% pure creatine, and I bought it for £12.99 for 500g, enough to last me nearly 6 months. Check them out for yourselves at - www.myprotein.co.uk
General ---------- MyProtein is a supplement site for those looking to add something into your diet to either support fat loss or muscle/strength gain by working out in the local gym or at home. I discovered it after spending far far too much on supplements for my own use on other sites. However, after 5 orders for barely half the price, and no disappointment, i have not looked back since. Supplement Range ------------------------ MyProtein offers a massive variety of products for all your gym supplementation needs. I have split the products into different goal categories so you can see what you need to succeed from buying off the site. Fat Loss - MyProtein has a great range in fat burners such as Thermabol and Caffeine. These work by speeding up your metabolism, supporting your workout in the gym and helping you to lose weight. They also recommend buying some of their fabulous Protein, as this keeps the body full for longer and therefore you are far less likely to get hungry. Muscle Gain - The site offers unparallelled amounts of real top quality products ranging from Protein powders, amino acids, quick releasing carbs and Creatine. All of these are really necessary if you want to get some good muscle hypertrophy. If your not really sure what your doing, they also have a great all in one formula called Hurricane; this incorporates everything you need to really pack on the muscle. Price ------ This is the best aspect of myprotein by a country mile. There products are extremely cheap. For example, usually a tub of good quality protein powder would cost you in the region of £35-£40. However, on myprotein, you can obtain the same amount for just £18 plus p and p. These offers are replicated throughout the entire site, and therefore, if your on a budget i really cant recommend them enough. Quality -------- Do not be put off by the price though. Just check out the many reviews people have made on all the products on offer. Each one is covered with people saying how effective the product has been and the great progress towards their goals that myprotein has helped to achieve. Delivery ---------- The delivery service myprotein uses is also absolutely first class. I ordered my latest order at 11pm on the monday night. It arrived first thing on the wednesday morning. This shows that they really are dedicated to their customer service. Summary ----------- If you need any kind of supplement, this has to be the place to go. It has quality and price down to a nutshell.
MyProtein.co.uk is a sports and supplement supply online store. As mentioned in several other reviews, being an active person I always find myself trying new supplements for the gym and general lifestyles. This can be very expensive however, especially with local high street shops such as Holland and Barratt, Julian Graves etc. This is when I took my search to the web to find cheaper products that worked just as well. Eventually, after several websites, I stumbled across MyProtein. The design of the site is very appealling to start with. Its a sleek blue navigation down the left hand side and a matching blue banner, while the rest of the contents is white, making it very simple and easy to read. Down the navigation, there are clear sections each with their own sub categorys. Once again this makes it a very clear website to follow. The website sells a huge range of products, from a big variety of different proteins, fibres, carbs and essential acids, as well as meal replacements, vitamins and even sports gear such as their bottles (reviewed previously). Everything is MyProtein branded, but each with its own certificate to prove itself. Each page has a nutritional values chart showing exactly what you are getting proving there is nothing to hide about the products. Each products usually comes with different choices of flavours such as the proteins being in banana, chocolate, choc mint, strawberry and many more. Then it is possible to choose the size of the purchase you want. Towards the bottle of the pages there are usually 'bulk buy' deals, where if you buy certain amounts you get more % off your order. This makes them a very good deal as they are extremely good prices as it is. The delivery costs are the basic around £5 and come very quickly, either with Parcel Force or DPD. Finally the website offers a fantastic referral scheme. This is simply put in a members referral code and you can get 5% off your first order! Not only that however, but the referral you used then gives points for money off to the other person. A fantastic idea for people to save money and for the site to promote themselves.
I was recommended to use this company by a few regular customers and must say that I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products, the support from the company and also the shipping. MyProtein offers a huge range of health supplements, powders, capsules health foods, accessories and also health guides. The price cannot be beaten, but if you think it can then MP will match it. Although Maximuscle seems to take the top spot when thinking about protein and health products, when comparing the actual amounts of protein contained you will see that they are the same. The company is based in the UK and offer next day postage which is very handy if you have just finished using one of their products and need to order more, and is packaged safely with air bag protection inside a box. The packaging is generally very basic but this allows the price to stay low and the actual quality to stay high. Many health specialists will recommend supplements and products featured on the MP site to be used alongside healthy exercise and a diet to reach the desired goal, which is where the forums become useful discussing health and fitness with both experts and similar people to you.
I have been using this company for over a year now and I am still using them today. They have an excellent range of sports and health supplements. As their website title suggests, they obviously have a huge range of protein powders, from various sources (milk, egg, whey concentrate and isolate). They also sell other products, such as carbohydrate powders, essential fatty acids, amino acids, creatine, and lots of herbs for maintaining health and wellbeing. Not only do they sell goods in powder form, they also stock a comprehensive range of capsules, tablets and softgels. These include weight loss, general health, vitamins and minerals and high protein flapjacks, to name a few. One of the best things about this website, is that you buy bulk supplies of protein powder, in many different forms, such as: - Calcium Caseinate £14.49 per kg - Egg White Powder £14.49 per kg - Hydrolysed Whey Protein £19.95 per kg - Impact Milk Isolate £15.95 per kg - Impact Whey Isolate £14.99 per kg - Impact Whey Protein £10.49 per kg - Instant Milk Protein £12.49 per kg - Organic Hemp Protein £21.95 per kg - Pea Protein Isolate £9.99 per kg - Soy Protein Isolate £11.95 per kg - Whole Egg Powder £12.99 per kg - Whey Protein concentrate £11.99 per kg All of these protein powders can be bought either flavoured or unflavoured, therefore allowing you to tailor them to your needs and taste (at extra cost) Having used the tailored protein service, I have found it to be invaluable as you can tailor your protein powder taste exactly to your needs (such as adding different types of sweeteners). Another reason to use them is that they have a price match assurance, so they are confident that they wont be beaten on price. The more you buy per kg, the more money you save. They also offer a points reward system that gives you money off their products when you've accumulated enough points. There is also a discount for introducing a friend, where you get 5% off, which works out pretty well. You can also get free samples when you place an order. I have been informed that they will soon be offering a collection service, instead of waiting for your order in the post. The company is based in Manchester, so obviously this would not be a viable option for you if you don't live within the area. They have recently started offering the choice of 2 different carriers, so you don't have to rely on Royal Mail, as in the past, they have really let me down with orders from this company. Delivery costs are 3.95 for any weight up to 25kg. The products I have bought have been of brilliant quality and I would recommend them to anyone. Don't just take my word for it, have a browse through their forum, they have had some excellent reviews!
