I ordered a bottle of fairly expensive oil from Naturallythinking (almost £50). When it arrived, there appeared to be a problem with it, as in my opinion, it smelt like a cheap carrier oil that had turned rancid. I presumed that it had been damaged in some way, and I returned it to the address on the invoice with a letter politely requesting a refund. Unfortunately, this was ignored as were my many emails. Terrible customer service, after 20 days I still haven't had my stuff, they took the money for my order. I phoned them and they were very unhelpful and said if I wasn't happy I should shop else where!! I have to wait for them to get compensation from royal mail before they refund me, this is quite unbelievable for an online shop! Do not rate them as an online shop at all, they were rude to me.

i must admit when naturally thinking did my order.. it was very speedy.. i only order jars from them as i make my own natural skin care range, but i think it was just unlucky you got so much delay

I placed a wholesale order with this company for a number of bulk aromatherapy items. First of all, they lost the first cheque which I sent to them, after resending a duplicate cheque, they delivered the goods late and without an invoice. It then took several phone calls and 3 months of waiting to simply get an invoice for the goods spent. This was an adminstrative annoyance. We are a grant funded local charity and all of our expenditure has to be accounted for. I first used naturallythinking to buy some Bach Flower Remedies (found them on the Bach site). Since then they have really grown with the number of products they offer. Their range of essential oils and base products aren't only an excellent prices, but their quality and presentation are beautiful. Essential oils can look so dull in their bottles, but naturallythinking bottles are colourful and colour coded with pictures of the plant on each bottle.
