Disadvantages: If you want a copy of the directory (catalogue) you have to pay

I have been a Next Directory customer for a few years and think its great. You can browse online for what you want to buy and then ring up your local store to see if the have it in stock before paying delivery charges. Ordering for collection from your local store is also free and returns are very straightforward. Next send voucher codes for free next day delivery frequently also. Online there are some items and sizes not found in-store. The older children's girls' shoes go up to size adult6 so I can order shoes for a fraction of the cost elsewhere as the designs are not too childish. The quality in general is good and you also get notified of sales by email so you can be one step ahead of the game. You can choose am or pm delivery which is also a plus. Overall I recommend it. The only downside is you hae to pay if you want a copy of the directory.

Summary: Overall I would recommend it, particularly if you don't buy the catalogue, and collect from store.
