Advantages: Has things that are not instore and good value delivery
Disadvantages: website is not as easily laid out as it could be.
I use Next.co.uk from a directory point of view.
I do find trawling through it a little bit difficult. Unlike other internet shops nothing is laid out in categories like tops, trousers etc, everything is all mixed together under what I can only describe as 'Next' Trends. If I am looking for a top for going out in I do not want to trawl through everything else to find what I am looking for. The only thing I find easy to find it items suitable for working. The only positive I can see from the layout of the site is that a lot of things are put on people so you can idea of what things look like and what goes with what.
The Next.co.uk site is ok if you have a directory to use and then type in the code of the item otherwise it is a nightmare.
The children's section is similar to the adults but much easier to look through as there is not as much as the adults.
Delivery is reasonable on the website and I have found it much better value for money than a lot of websites I have used, also the items are packaged up really nicely.
One major disadvantage and a real bug bear of mine is when you see something that you like it does not always say out of stock or sold out next to your size which means that it only tells you when in the basket.
You can also Sale shop online but to be honest because some of the Next Account holders get VIP slots before the sales you very rarely manage to find anything - you tend to end up with what everyone else did not want. Although you sometimes can find some nice things but things like Shoes and suits sell out really quickly.
Summary: Any next fans have a look on next.co.uk
