I have had an account with Next.co.uk for about 10 years. Next are a company that sell clothes and household goods. They are available online, in store and also have a catalogue which is available for you to order from. Next prides itself on good customer service and this is clear from the service you will receive from ...  Read the complete review

Next products are lovely, fact. I started shopping there 8 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I know the credit charges are excessive but if you pay it straight away there is no interest, and it can be handy to spread the cost when children grow suddenly! So, why have I fallen out with next? The courier and customer services ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on next.co.uk

I ordered some clothes from the Next website and selected delivery for a Saturday, giving them almost a week to arrange delivery. The delivery times given were between 8am and 6pm, so I waited in all day. 6pm arrived and no delivery so I called their customer services department. They told me my goods were at the depot but hadn't been collected by their courier, they were totally unhelpful and fobbed me off telling me someone would call me today. In the meantime I emailed them telling them to arrange a delivery for this evening and call me this afternoon to confirm the details. As yet I have heard nothing from them, no replies and no delivery. This is probably the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again :(

After selecting the items I wanted from their website I had to place the order 12 times! This is because the address system from the UK is different from that of other European countries and there's no way you can change it online. So basically it will not match your card statement address and everytime you try your basket is ...  Read the complete review

In recent years I've become increasingly favourable towards next clothes. As with all clothes shops, I always find the women's sections to be better than men, but I guess that's just because men are limited to the style of clothes they can wear more so that women. I find the jeans and jumpers to be the best clothes on sale from Next. ...  Read the complete review

When I was pregnant I found the high street to be lacking in good Maternity clothes shops or a decent section within a shop. My local Next was not large enough to carry any of the Next maternity range I was told by a member of staff but was informed their directory and website showed the full range. I decided to browse online and found ...  Read the complete review
