Advantages: Competitive prices, reasonable delivery prices

I have bought from Novatech twice, once 2 years ago, I purchased an expensive aluminuim ATX PC case and a PSU, and again last week I purchased a LCD TV to replace one bought elsewhere that had gone faulty.

Both times the items have been fine, I've received little catalogues since the first purchases as well which just shows their goods. Nothing too obtrusive and easy enough to bin when I'm not interested.

The purchase I made for the tv I've been really happy with. I researched the purchased beforehand on the AV forums and found Novatech also posting on the board with help and advice for people who had problems with this tv (initially when 1st released the tv required a firmware flash). They were sending out serial cables and the software to people. This seemed great service - The tv had 2 years onsite warranty from the manufacturer so they could have just said to go there.

I ordered the tv, it weighs 35 kilos and came in a large box. Delivery was about £15, and that was for next day service. Thats £11 less than the £26 I paid for my first failed purchase to be delivered from another e-tailer. I place the order at 15.30 and forgot about it for 2 hours. I went back to check on the order progress and was impressed to find it was "in transit!!" I received the tv next day at 10.30am. Its a great tv, I ordered a Novatech "own" brand 32" lcd tv... the same as the branded version (hyundai q321)... but got what everyone seems to get - the branded one instead for the lesser price. £150 less.

To finish this review, I've never had a problem nor had to send anything back, so my experience is only in ordering, but from what I've experienced with my product and delivery I'm very happy.

Summary: Superb fast delivery. Reasonable delivery costs. A good experience
