Advantages: Good Individual, cheap and fast

Disadvantages: Bad Business, staff turn around

I have used this compnay on many occasions, it is actually not far from where i live.

Firstly if you are an individual, and only need a few items then i will recommened you use novatech. Their prices are great and there own branded stuff is also of a decent quality (maybe a few dodge ones, but they are quick to swap over) especialy there flash pens, cheap and reliable.

Most items are in stock, and are dispatched same day.

However, i used to also use them for business, spending 000's with them, and there Business to Business (education) needs alot to be desired! They started off well and then went drasticly down hill after my 10th order. I and they put it down to the continued changing of accounts managers. But i had to fight, eventually winning, to have my contracts of support and repair undertaken. This was more than a year ago now but, i shall never use them for big items!

So to sum up:
Website is good
for individuals, ordering and after sales i have had no problems
great, cheap flash pens (everyone need one now adays)
Good turn around time on repairs, if no problems arise

Bad Business to Business
Bad staff turn over

Altho i was in the store the other day standing behind a customer who wanted to record from vhs to pc, i was ablew to suggest an item when 3 staff could not come up with one! So maybe if you do your research first, it may help you

I wish to add that, when buying a laptop (novatech branded) be aware, that the batteries do not hold their charge for long after about 6 months this is a well known fact with the manufacture that novatech use

Summary: I now only use novatech for personal items.
