I don't think I've come across a company that seems to care less about looking after a customer than Novatech. Despite Buffalo Technology providing proof that the Terrastation I bought from Novatech was faulty they are refusing to refund me until they get the faulty unit back. So, we have documentary proof from the manufacturer that the unit is faulty and Novatech decide to keep my money for as long as they please. They have given me no adequate explanation for this. Trying to get through to talk to a person in the first place was a nightmare involving a long wait of 30 minutes - and then being passed from pillar to post. Even their on-line chat 'service' involves a long wait. What I really dislike is their philosophy that it's only their rules that count - it seems to be a case of 'take it or leave it'. I cannot think of any circumstances in which I would do business with these people again or recommend them to anyone
