Novatech is one of those firms that people either love or hate. The hate usually comes from a particular bad experience that of course means they hate the firm and will not trade again with them in the future and the love comes from obtaining a great deal that was not elsewhere.

I myself am one of the people that loves Novatech, however saying that I have only traded with them once. If I had traded with them many times, then I would maybe be able to give a more accurate description, however I am sure in the future I will buy from them again and therefore pop onto this review to make a quick update.

Novatech is a computer site that has been running for quite a few years now. They pride themselves on delivering competitive prices for low to high end computers, laptops and many other technological peripherals. It really is the equivalent to maybe a site like PC World, however unlike PC World that sells all these different computer and laptops etc, Novatech actually produce the goods themselves so there is no middle man. You buy straight with Novatech through their website and this is why the costs are always kept down.

Unlike other firms, Novatech doesnt have the standard fixed overhead costs like the store costs and labour and just mainly its production costs, so therefore can afford to sell its products cheaper than many of the highstreet stores. So in terms of price Novatech is the way to go.

I have read that their customer service is terrible, however I have never had to specifically deal with them in regards to this, so can not really comment. Of course the fact that these negative comments have been written by others does mean that people should be wary about Novatech, so do proceed with caution, but this is the same as any other firm.

Overall Novatech provides easily accessible technological goods at a very competitive price, so I implore anyone looking to buy a computer or a laptop, to check out Novatech and see whats available and I can gaurantee you wont be dissapointed.
