I must admit I was impressed by novatech's prices and marketing efforts in the form of frequent newletters. I decided to buy a graphics tablet, ordering online was simple and I recieved a confimation email. However, after the stated 3-4 day delivery time it had not arrived! I made full use of the online order tracking feature on the website, which kept telling me my order was awaiting despatch. Oh dear. I sent a query by email which was never replied. After 10 days I eventually called Novatech and asked where it was. "It has been delivered" said the operator. After telling her it had not I was transferred to someone else who checked up on me and came back to the phone telling me they were sorry and don't know why it wasn't despatched. I since cancelled my order and do not plan to use them again.
