First of all, I should say that I am a serious internet addict and have use probably hundreds of on-line stores over the past few years. So, I like to know good service when I see it / experience it.

I happened across Novatech sometime in 2001, having been directed to their web site by a friend. I gather that they are an established off-line computer hardware seller too, but I had not heard of the company prior to seeing the site.

Generally speaking, the prices on Novatech AT LEAST match those of their main competitors (Jungle, Dabs etc.), but often I have found them to be better.

More importantly however, delivery with Novatech is FREE at all times, and they also do not have a minimum order value to qualify for the free shipping. Furthermore, the free shipping IS by Courier and is trackable on-line too. You can pay for quicker shipping if you wish, but I would say don't bother, because although the "free" shipping is quoted as being "3 to 4 day service", I have always received the goods sooner than this anyway (when they were in stock of course)

I could go on, but there is really little need to. Personally, I have received an excellent service from this company on each and every occasion, so I cannot recommend them highly enough.

You can trust novatech to deliver the goods.
