Novatech laptops are terrible, one the noise compares to that of a plane engine, two the bottom if the laptop is hotter than the sun, third the hard-drive last for know more than 6 months at a time, fourth point there customer service is terrible! Stay away! you have been warned do not waste your money like me.

Bought Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 drive from them, only to find a 7200.7 inside. Was bought to replace rapidly failing Maxtor (also from them) and they are taking a week to pick it up to "check" the product. Have taken pictures in case they try lying, as they misled us with another drive in November 2006 (Maxtor DiamondMax Plus 21 turned out to be a DiamondMax 10). Twice they've "made mistakes" and last time they tried to avoid refunding us in full. After these poor attempts to fob us off and repeated issues in dealing with customer services, I am demanding a full refund including carriage costs and taking my business elsewhere. If you buy from Novatech then double check EVERY ITEM YOU GET!
