Advantages: Waitrose qualty

Disadvantages: A little bit more expensive

I have just started using Ocado and am very pleased with the service. I have used Tesco.com for many years, but have started to get frustrated with the delivery charge, which can be as much as £6. I had recieved emails from Ocado offering a discount off my first shop, so I decided I would give it a go.
I tend to have my shopping delivered in the evening, and so far the most I have paid for packing and delivery is £2. Some slots appear to be free!!
Ocado offer a Tesco price match which is great for branded products. You get Waitrose quality on other items. I rarely buy meat online from Tesco, because you cannot be sure of the quality. However I am more than happy to buy meat trhough Ocado as it is from Waitrose.
You are sent a text on the day of your delivery, giving you the name of the driver and the van registration. The staff are polite and helpful. The shopping comes in colour coded bags, so they are easy to sort. The driver will take the bags for recycling when you have your next delivery.
Since starting to shop with Ocado I have recieved weekly offers from them - the best being an £8 bottle of wine free with my delivery. I have recieved this twice!
My shopping bill has not risen greatly, so I shall stick with Ocado for now!
