Having been an online shopper for years, I had one issue with most online supermarket websites - I'd order food, and it would be clear that staff had chosen the food closest to the front. What I'd order for a week would be out of date within a few days.
I switched to Ocado when I found out that they offered a 'best before guarantee'. I could ensure, by ordering with them, that my food would last as long as I needed it to, as all fresh foods are labelled with a minimum best before date.
I wasn't disappointed. I've been using Ocado for months now, and my shopping always arrives on time, delivered by a friendly and efficient driver so that I'm not left waiting around. Ocado give their customers regular free gifts, and they colour code my shopping so that I know where to store it and can unpack it ten times faster.
I'm hugely impressed with the Ocado service, right down to the text messages in advance of my deliveries so that I have time before the shops close to buy anything that might be missing (a rare occurrence) before my shopping arrives at 9pm.
Shopping with Ocado has made that aspect of my life faster, simpler and altogether more enjoyable - there's nothing like being greeted by an on-time smile whilst your fresh foods are dropped at your door!
