Ordered some maximuscle protein shake that was half price, earliest delivery slot was over a week. I waited, got confirmation of my order and they took my money. The day before and on the day got a reminder saying it would be delivered, i made sure i was home only to be told buy the driver that the main part of my order the protein shake was out of stock and i would have to go back online and re-order. I tried to do that but it was full price now. So called their customer service who said because they did not let me know earlier they would let me have the protein for half price and he would call me back next day. He never did. I emailed them 3 times no reply even though they say they reply within 48 hours. I complained on twitter and they called me back straight away only to quote their terms and conditions and would not help. Such poor service from a big name. Waste of time and would definitely not recommend them!
