Disadvantages: Some people believe they are Crooks, Conmen and thieves who basically work a scam.

This is by far and away the most dishonest company i have ever dealt with in over 40 years. All the offers which appear so good are SEEMINGLY the equivilent of the fair ground magician. You will be given the best deal around but it MIGHT NOT BE there when you pick up the cup! The half price line rental APPEARS to be their top scam. They SOMETIMES do not send you the voucher when you buy the phone and then you only have 7 days to get it from them when the phone has been delivered. Even when you call in that time scale IT APPEARS THAT they can still fail to send it and then refuse to honour the deal. They promise to carry over your old phone number but you must do this at the point of sale or it will be too late. They keep copies of all phone calls but edit them to reflect only the bits which suit their case. Their sales assistant APPEAR TO BE taught ways to distract the customer in order to allow the strict contract terms to fail before you even have the phone delivered. Honestly, it is amazing that such a company can operate in this day and age....and guess who owns them......Car Phone Warehouse!! They sell everything at cost but SEEMINGLY make their profit by not honouring their deals; Please do not allow this company to survive IF YOU HAVE HAD UNSATISFACTORY DEALINGS WITH THEM, warn your friends and boycott them until they resolve all oustanding complaints.

Summary: It felt like a fairground con trick - i will stay well away as i value my money!
