I ordered 2 mobiles on Orange and was sent the wrong phones. OSPS told me to return them, recorded delivery, and they would refund the postage costs and send the correct phones. This I did - however after 1 month I started getting bills from Orange for one of the returned phones and this continued for 9 months. After 37 phone calls to them and Orange, writing letters of complaint and producing the receipt for the postage and receipt of the phones, Orange took the matter to a debt recovery agency. Result is that I now have a bad credit rating!!! Eventually OSPS sent me a cheque to cover the cost of the bill which I had to pay but they never admitted they were at fault. Also, they never refunded the postage for return of the 2 phones. Since then I have trouble when making cashback claims - they have lost the same claim 3 TIMES and all sent recorded delivery and signed for. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!
