Advantages: arrived quickly at first, good deals (on paper)

Disadvantages: poor service, myraid ways to con you, everything you could possibly imagine!

The good:
Initial order arrived quickly. The deals (as advertised, without taking everything else into consideration) are quite good.

The Bad:
Where do I even begin?

The phone was faulty. When I sent it back I was told that the phone 'wasn't in stock' anymore and neither were the three other phones i offered as substitutes. It took me three weeks to get a replacement phone. Also, to claim back the cost of sending the faulty phone, I had to send back my Royal Mail bill which cost me another £1. How hard is it to figure out that its gonna cost me the same amount to send back the same object the same distance

The customer service was appalling. Its an 0871 number, which means 35p a minute from a mobile (FYI, i managed to find out their non-premium number which they dont give out...its 01509611818). The chap I spoke to told me in so many words that I "had to take his word for it" that he couldn't refund a £5 charge which i was never told about and that none of the phones I wanted (all popular models) were in stock. I had to threaten legal action to get that money refunded.

The guy who took my order noted my name down wrong (despite me spelling it out for him) and I was told I would have to fax my passport/bank statement to prove my name was spelt as it really is, and could only do it three months after the order was placed.

And finally, they only tell you after you sign up that it takes 6 weeks to dispatch each cashback claim to you. Basically, your money is accumalating interest in their accounts....provided you even get to see any of it, which with all their myraid jumble of Terms, is quite unlikely.

try buymobilephones.net or dialaphone.com, they are much better. Matter of fact, pay full-whack and get the phone direct from the network...it'll probably cost you less in the long run.

Summary: In Short- stay far, far away!!!
