Advantages: staff willing to alter ur credit rating when buying

Disadvantages: nothing is right with this thing

i just spoke to their cashback team for the 4th time. not only the 'help' line was always always busy, (average waiting time is 13mins,which works out 2.6pound each time),but the team is useless and helpless. for the last 2 months, i have tried to change my address and get the cashback checks sent and until today i just found out this has not happened.i faxed 3 statement,i wrote 2 letters,i called 4 times,i did everything they told me. but the result is: everything is sent to my next door neighbour. They have the ability to mess up the numbers 5 and 6.
one stop phone shop. you are the worst thing ever.
