Advantages: nothing at all

Disadvantages: Rubbish customer services, not getting cashback, broken phones, ignoring my emails etc etc etc

1) Phone was faulty and they just kept sending the broken phone back to me- had to send it 4 times in the end!
2) Sent my cashback claim over 3 months ago now, and still no sign of a single penny, customer services are TERRIBLE! They just ignore my emails and if you try ringing it'll take HOURS and HOURS to get through, it's ridiculous, also the phone system just sends you in circles and when you eventually get through they're really unhelpful.

My friend's a lawyer and I'm now actually considering getting him involved and threatening legal action. What they're doing is illegal and a breach of contract.

BOTTOM LINE: really, really rubbish. Please don't fall in the same trap as me and go elsewhere at all costs. Don't give these thieves your money!
