Gidday all, not a shabby company. Cant beat the free xbox. Must point out the fine print. It will not arrive until you have completed 3 months of the contract, and you have to give proof that 3 months have been payed. As for the phone I got, well Nokia 5210. Personally not the best phone I have used. When I first got it I noticed bit of a delay when scrolling through menu. Week 2 vloume would continually descend although button not activated, also causing other keys not to function. Was informed to take it in to Car Phone Warehouse. 2 and a half weeks later phone was ready. 1 day of phone been switched on, keypad jammed again, cant answer calls, cant switch off either but get this the volume buttons work. Now I rang One Stop Phone Shop. Got a friendly chap Lee, now I explained to him that I have had trobles with this phone from day one. Phone now 1 month old and I have had 2 weeks use. Explained as a respective cellphone company, why not replace this phone as it has problems and it shoul;d be up to the supplier to cell reliable equipment. He did not like this and rather understanding the consumer, I was patronised and highly offended by his approach. In short saying that nothing is wrong with the phone, not our problem, we have you on contract and looks like you will have to wait another 2 weeks while we will still take money from you for a broken phone that we sold you. Good on you OneStopPhoneShop for your kind understanding assistance and once again leaving all responsibilty to up to the consumer.
