First my rating to this gang is BIG ZERO not one star.
I got with them 2 cntracts. I hadley got any cash back. I sent my cashback claim with registered delivery (not the recorded one) and Despite this they denied receiving it !!!!!!

Please please please ignore them and do not deal with group. they should be stopped traiding by trading standards.
Please lessen and circulate my massage. Thanks

They dont pay their cashback claims and use the most pathetic excuses. I have sent the info they requested three times and they still send out bullshit letters that make no sense.
AVIOD LIKE THE PLAGUE,
They are arrogant, innificient, and make life so difficult to get your cashback.
Not worth the hassle.
Orange tell me that most of the complaints they receive are from OSPS customers.
GIVE THEM A MISS
They are not even worth one star but you cant give them none as this system doesn't allow it.
One very unhappy customer!!

they don't pay their cashback claims usually come up with some feable excuse. they don't reply to emails and their customer services is rediculous, costing you an absolute fortune.

cash back them try to stop you from claiming but if keep phone them you will get your money then after the first one they pay up the rest the problem

bought a phone from onestopphoneshop but they sent me someone elses order!! tried phoning them on their 'premium rate' number but it either cuts you off or goes straight to answerphone! tried emailing them..no reply. No reply to letters! unfortunatey, as soon as they set up a direct debit they take the money, so you have no way of cancelling the direct debit until they take the 1st payment. STAY AWAY FROM COMPANY!!

I've sign a network contract with onestopphoneshop. The item delivered is in bad condition, for the cashback, they did not send me any information regarding it and when i called, they say is my fault that i've pass de valid date to claim. this is a CON JOB!!
