Flowers seemed much smaller than they did on the site and half of the leaves had been eaten. I could get a better bunch of flowers from a local green grocer for £20 cheaper, very dissapointed.

I ordered flowers from serenata for my partner's birthday a week ahead of time... come the day, nothing arrived. Very very disappointed. When I called up the next day, the customer service person was very apologetic and immediately offered me a refund or another 'deluxe' bouquet to be delivered (no refund). I got my money back and won't be using them again.

I have to offset another reviewer's experience because I've used bloomstoday.com for awhile and love them. A lot of time I call up after finding what I like online but that is just because I like dealing with people.
