Online shopping is certainly on the increase and I must say that I use a numbr of sites quite a lot to buy goods, sites such as Amazon mainly because of the Dooyoo vouchers and others like cheapsmells as it is really good on price.

That brings me to my first bit of advice which is to only shop on sites that you trust, either big household names or those recommended by people that you know and who have experienced the site. That is why sites like Dooyoo are so useful as they can provide inpartial feedback and opinion.

My second bit of advice is to never access sites through e-mail links but to go to them direct that way you avoid potential phishing problems and your bank details being known as it is not just bank websites that have been duplicated.

It is also worth checking out the cash back sites before buying as well as you may be able to get some cash back on the planned purchase and this money all adds up if you are a regular shopper.

Finally it pays to do your research and check out a number of comparison sites as well before making apurchase however do not always assume that online will always be cheaper, sometimes the bigger savings can be found in the offline stores.
