Started out promising and thought it looked like a good deal... bad idea, I ordered a business print for a promotional day where it was to be signed by our professional golf player after a big win after the Irish open.. ordered on Tuesday evening with next day delivery... Thursday at 4pm I called as hadn't arrived and the event was for Friday morning. was told that the driver said they couldn't find our building... a huge building slap bang in the middle of the city centre very well known and that we get deliveries from this perticular delivery company regularly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I paid extra and got my canvas/photo GUARANTEED for delivery today - it did not arrive - I have been on the phone over 40 minutes and was on the phone for over an hr earlier in the week, also sending various emails and now have just had an email saying they will not be able to deliver today or tomorrow. This is shocking! I would warn anyone off this agency. It could even be a scam - I am going to report them.Please take customer reviews and do not use this agency. There are so many others that also offer these products - and you will actually get your order!.
