With Online shops these days it's all about the after sales service. It's so easy to compare prices, that the only thing that distinguishes the mediocre from the great when you're buying the same product for the same price, is how they treat you as a customer. With the amount of competition out there, you'd think this would be a no brainer. So, the big question is, when something does go wrong, how easy is it to remedy a problem? Oyyy sell all sorts of different electrical and computer related equipment. As well as desktop or laptop PCs, they also sell things like computer peripherals, sat nav, blank CDs/DVDs and so on. Since they are an online only retailer, they tend to be slightly cheaper than either high street or hybrid high street/online stores.
