      Products definitely not worth hassle - they take your money and don't give it back!

      I would avoid using this company like the plague! Firstly, several items had to be sent separately because of lack of stock, then I sent two items back for exchanges and one back for a refund. After two calls I finally got replacement items sent out (but to the wrong address despite me ringing them!), however I am STILL waiting for a refund for the third item. I returned it in January of this year... it is now the end of April. I have rung Pabo many times and just keep getting reassured they will process the refund but never do. I asked to speak to a manager and they simply said that I wasn''t allowed to.
      There is also a language barrier when talking to customer services - they are not English and it takes half an hour just for them to understand what you''re talking about (and even then I''m not sure they do!)

      Avoid unless you are willing to wait for them getting goods back in stock for weeks or longer.

      If you are expecting this company to deliver your goods in any sort of decent time-scale then don't bother to order. I ordered something from them and at the time it stated a 5-6 day delivery period which isn't great but coming from Holland is not too bad. Nothing arrived after a week so I emailed them to ask why nothing was here and I hadn't even had a despatch email from them. The auto confirmation said I'd be contacted within 2 days. Nothing. So I sent another email as I wanted to avoid calling their premium rate number. Again, nothing. I eventually had to phone only to be told the item is not in stock and would not even be sent for another 10 days - so around a month will arrive before it will (maybe) arrive. I was basically told that my options were to like it and lump it or change the order to something else - but if I did it wouldn't arrive by Christmas either.

      Completely disgusted by their lack of communication and mis-selling. Apart from that I am getting 3 or 4 emails from them a day promoting their goods.

      I was a few times customer of pabo.com in around 2002-2003 so I know that these guys have been around for a few years.

      Back in those days, after placing my first order, I used to receive a catalogue through the post probably every 3-4 weeks. I do wonder what the people who bought my house thought of it once I'd moved out!!

      Last Saturday I received a groupon voucher offer of £40 worth of goods from Pabo for £19. Well, I hadn't thought of that site in years and years, but decided to give it a revisit to see if that offer would he good for me.

      Pabo is a website that sells sexy lingerie, nightwear, underwear, sexy costumes and accessories.

      The website is easy to browse with all of the above set out into different headings. There is a huge range of clothing items, from nice cute little satin nighties to some actually really cheeky little outfits!!

      The one thing that struck me was the pricing. There seemed to be huge variations in pricing on the site - meaning that I am completely unable to say "this is a cheap place to shop" or "this is an expensive place to shop". There are similar looking items in the range, side by side when you're scrolling through the items, some for £12 and some for £50 so it really is worth looking through the whole range.

      I decided to go for the groupon deal as there were a few items I fancied buying to treat myself (and my boyfriend). In signing up I also got a welcome £5 off too which was nice!

      I made an order on Sunday last week and it arrived on Thursday this week which I really do not think is bad at all.

      The delivery came in a plain brown cardboard box which might be worth noting for anyone who would he worried about what the neighbours thought.

      I put one of my outfits on last night and I must say the quality impressed me. I have bought similar lingerie items before that have been very flimsy and almost see through, and not in the way you would hope! For me, this lingerie set was perfect. I am not a skinny Minnie and so despite the type of lingerie it is, I do still want a bit of substance to it, a bit of support, and this set had just that. The bones in the underwear helped to hold me in and I did feel incredibly good wearing this.

      I ended up getting 2 very pretty little nighties and a rather saucy set which is good quality all for around £25 which I am over the moon with! The retail price was around £50 and to be honest, I would have gladly paid that for these items too.

      I cannot comment on Pabo's customer service as I have had no reason to contact them.

      Similarly, I cannot comment on the ease of returning items to them.

        well myself and the wife have bought from several company's on line and this one is by far the worst,
        constantly sending emails containing wonderful offers that once you click on them they turn out to be a rip off. the final straw was when we decided to try one of the comps they had just started to win a Samsung tablet we was both very surprised to see we had actually won so we made a order and paid for the items, So a week later the parcel arrived with the items we had ordered and a 2gb Samsung Micro SD card this as you could imagine was not the sight i had expected so after several emails and no replies i boxed all the stuff back up and filled out a returns form and posted the lot back to them. that was over two months ago, we have received a email from them saying the items had be received but still no sign off the money been transferred back into our account and to make matters worse no we cant even log into our account on there site to make a complaint.

        In all PABO are a bunch of conmen who offer discounted crap and then mess you around when you ask for your money back.

          After placing an order with Pabo I was worried about all the bad reviews the company had received. As this was the first order I'd placed with them as a try out, I thought that this money down the drain. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response I received, from order confirmation to delivery.Ordered 17th March 2011Delivered 26th March 2011Not at all bad for a company that has had such negative reviews. If the service is this good I'll definitely be trying them again.

          Not really worth it

          I first heard of Pabo when a catalouge (and free thong!!) randomly arrived for me in the mail one day. I had a quick flick through and it was probably a year later that I decided to place an order.

          Pabo is a company selling Adult items, like sexy toys, clothings, sex dolls etc as well as "sexy" everyday clothing, plus a few choice fetish items.
          The prices are quite high on all their items, even the DVD's!! I personally don't find the price matching the quality of the items at all. One friend of mine bought a corset from Pabo which actually fell apart on a night out on the first wear! Not what you would expect after paying over £40 for it!

          Some of the lingerie sets on the site/in the catalouge look quite nice, but the majority of things do look a bit cheap and tacky, despite the silly high price tag. The clothing sizes are a bit odd too, an XXL top perfectly fit my size 14 friend!! The clothing size charts don't quite add up to the garments either, so its a bit of a hit and miss as to whether something will fit you or not.

          I have tried to order a few times from the Pabo website now, and each time problems are encountered and I don't get my items, although luckily I was never charged, but the fact remains I ordered something and got nothing on more than one occasion. This annoyed me very much, especially as it took me 3 days to get an answer from customer services as to what was happening with my order!

          I have heard of some people having no problems with this company, and some who have, so I warn you to be careful, but the choice is yours after all.

          I believe Pabo is a German company (though they could be Dutch?!) either way, I have had good and bad experiences with them. ***WARNING: People who don't like personal touches to reviews may want to step well away now as a review like this needs a personal opinion to review****

          Pabo sells a large range of products from male and female lingerie, male and female adult toys, adult films and medication.
          Now I think we all have to admit that some of what we see in the catalogue is just so weird but no doubt all of it has solved a few bedroom problems for some people. I never ordered out of the first catalogue they sent me but I bought out of the second one. Originally I ordered a set of pleasure balls, two really rubbery balls linked together that were supposed to vibrate with movement. What I really got was two seam-free rubbery balls (so far so good) that were linked together but they did not vibrate with movement. What they actually were was a pair of hollow balls with smaller balls on the inside, so if you jumped up and down you heard and sort of 'felt' the click of the smaller balls hitting the sides of the larger balls. Absolutely rubbish in my opinion. Another thing was two pairs of 'designer' thongs, now they did look lovely and it was £4 for two (baring in mind this was the only cheap thing in the catalogue and is was on a fly away piece of paper that fell out of the catalogue), what actually arrived were two lovely thongs but after two washes the material started to get holey and weak. Another thing was a relaxation kit which was one of the many offers they offered with the first order. A set of four candles (unscented, red and flower shaped) with a t-shirt that said 'love' in English and Chinese on the front and a CD of relaxing songs. Not tried the candles yet but the CD has some good songs on it, all instrumental and very relaxing. The t-shirt however is a little small and I think I bought a medium. I paid by card and it took about two weeks from sending the second class pre-paid envelope off to receive an email confirmation of dispatch and then I received them the Saturday three days after.

          With my order I got a sales catalogue and a receipt. I ordered a lovely bra and knicker set from the catalogue and sent a cheque off. I get an email about two weeks later saying they were out of stock and how I am sure I will find something else suitable. I decided to leave it. A month later I discover my cheque had been cashed (?!?!), so I go marching to the computer to email their customer service and ask them what the sod is going on. They send me one back a week later saying they were waiting instructions as to what replacement item I wanted and that £12.48 had been credited to my account. They never told me they were cashing my cheque regardless, they never said they would 'await' instructions from me nor did they inform me of how to reorder as I did not have a customer account with them. Another great thing was that I never opened an account with them, this I brought to their attention. I got fed up of waiting for replies so I ordered from their catalogue again and under 'PAYMENT INFO' I crossed it out, attached their email and told them that I assume it would all be sorted at their end as I never opened an account and this charade had gone on long enough. Sure enough, a fortnight later I receive an email confirmation of dispatch and I receive my items. They send me the same sales catalogue with my delivery that they had sent before. This sales catalogue had been sent to all of to all of their customers over four months and the majority of it was out of stock!

          Their delivery times are slow, two weeks on average. A week to receive your order another week to process and dispatch it. Not only this, their P&P prices are stupid, £4.95 (second class) and the option of £1 to insure which, judging by the reputation of this company, I took without a second thought. I only bought their cheapest vibrator at £4 and batteries at £2.50. With postage and insurance this brought my order up to about £11.90. The rest of their products are extortionately priced.

          Two stars because the catalogue was very well set out and the products do look like they are amazing quality despite actually not being and they have a wide range of stuff including very realistic blow up dolls.

            Awful company that do not sned goods, tantamount to scammers

            Well, we stumbled across this website and decided to place an order as the goods they sell are reasonably priced... and thats all the good bits over and done with!

            We placed order on 20th September 2009, money was taken straight away from my account, the debited the WRONG amount from my account, but only by a 70 odd pence so I decided not to pursue it. When the order was placed the page at checkout said that delivery would be 22nd September 2009.. impressive we thought!

            22nd September came and went, still no parcel..... so we waited a few days and decided to call them... "there is a problem with our system" was the reply, and my order hadnt been sent until 30th September!

            Beginning of October arrives...no parcel... phone call querying " Problem with our system... and Royal Mail strikes, allow 5-7 days for delivery from when sent"

            Middle of October... no parcel... phone call querying... "problem with our system.... and Royal Mail strikes.... allow 7-14 days for delivery"

            Mid October.... no parcel... phone call querying..." My parcel obviously hasnt arrived, I want a refund" " We'll have to send a form".. form arrives, filled in sent back...

            Beginning of NOVEMBER..... Call querying my refund.... "Problem with our system, might take 10 days for money to go back to your bank account"

            DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, HOLD ONTO IT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND NOT SEND YOU GOODS AND GIVE YOU EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AS TO WHY THEY CANT!!!!!! Oddly though their catalogue found its way to my house despite Royal Mail strikes and problems with their system!!! A miracle!!!!

            Absolutely abyssmal.... avoid like the plague!!! Use another company like Ann Summers or Love Honey who delivery VERY quickly and are very good at what they do!

              I was a little reluctant to place an order with Pabo after reading some of the negative blogs but I have a couple of friends who have used Pabo and they said that they've had no problems and they were very pleased with their purchases so, I thought I'd give them a try. My order arrived within a week (apparently it used to take a lot longer) I thought the prices were very reasonable and the stuiff that I ordered was great! And the best part about it is... my boyfriend is very happy indeed!!!! I will definatley be ordering from Pabo again.

              Tacky clothes and over-priced items which are of a poor quality!

              My friend had a Pabo magazine as as I looked through the catalogue there were few things which caught my eye. How-ever some of the items did look cheap and nasty.

              ***WHAT DO THEY SELL?***
              Pabo sell clothes for him and her as well a lingerie, jewellery and other adult products such as toys and stimulants.

              ***PRICES***
              Some of the items are quite pricey and in my opinion are not worth paying for. You are far better off going to Ann Summers or somewhere else to buy similar items. The prices in Pabo probably match the prices else-where as they charge the same amount for a bra in Pabo as they do in La Senza.

              ***QUALITY***
              The quality of their products is appauling. Sometimes when you order a catalogue they'll send you a free thong or maybe a necklace. You only need to look at these items to see that they are cheaply made. The thong I received was a small and it was huge! The necklace I received free looked really tarnished and bits of glue were stuck to the diamante stones!

              The clothes from their catalogue look like typical clothes you would get in a cheap sea-side shop and they look like the type of clothes that (excuse me here), pikeys would wear out clubbing!

              ***CUSTOMER SERVICE***
              I ordered 2 items from here, 1 of which was a nurse's outfit and another one was a lady shaver. They took all my card details so they could take the money from my account. I didn't receive my items until about 4-5 weeks later and the money wasn't taken from my account until about 4-5 weeks later after I had received the items.

              The items I ordered were rubbish! The nurses uniform was clearly NOT a size 8, as I could have got about 3 of me in there! The lady Shave was also broken and did not work at all!

              I sent them various e-mails about about the items and asked why it took so long for payment to be taken from my card, but I didn't get a repsponse and they were utterly useless!

              ***OVERALL OPINION***
              I have not and will not be ordering from here again, their products are cheap, tacky and not worth the money.

              Their customer service is appauling and they are not at all helpful.

              Take my advice and stay away from them!

                I have ordered from Pabo 2 or 3 times & I havent had major problems with them. My 1st order was a bit slow but within 3 wks and a couple of emails to the customer service department (always have your customer no. as it helps greatly) I recieved my goods.There was 1 item that could not be dispatched but I was given a free item to compensate and credit on my account.If you are dealing with Pabo, like any company, I would suggest these things:*Always give your customer no in correspondence*Keep a reciept of your payments (postal order, cheque etc) *Send orders recorded delivery if you are unsure*Ask by email or fone of updates of your order process*Be patient! The goods come from the Netherlands so they will take a couple of wks to get to you at busy periods.

                this company takes your money dont send your goods lie about checking with the royal mail keep sending you the same form to fill in even after they say they have completed there investigations and that the goods will be sent or your money credited what a pack of thieving lying garbage this company is NEVER USE THIS COMPANYI AM FORCED TO GIVE ONE STAR WHY THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT

                PABO? very quick at taking the payment from your bank account.... but if the goods are not available they seem to think they can keep the money and to heck with the customer!!!I placed an order in March, the money was taken from my account on the 17th March... no goods available tho? no reply to my emails... no answers on the telephone except... 'your call is valuable to us.. please hold!'.what a load of bullshit! the only thing important to Pabo is your money.be warned... better off buying Ann Summers, it may be more expensive but at least its good quality and fantastic customer support!                 pabo is the worst case of abysmal customer service in history!

                hello,
                im in complete agreement that no one should EVER order from pabo! i made an order and since it took ages for it to come through and my size had dropped due to just having a baby, i told them not to bother with the order since, when i enquired, they told me they had no record of it! as soon as i told them to tear it up, they e-mailed me to say they had miraculously found it and it was on its way; completely disregarding my request as i told them to tear up the cheque too. i gave them one more chance and, after a long wait, they sent the wrong size jeans and also a completely different free gift than promised! i told them that i wanted a complete refund and that i was not to be held liable for p&p as they had gotten it all wrong, to which they replied i would recieve the amount in full. a month later i got a letter from them saying i would recive a cheque in the post MINUS the p&p! so now i have informed them that if that is the case; i intend to take them to court due to wasting my time, stealing my money (my partner has just gone bankrupt and when they cashed the cheque after i told them not to, he became overdrawn which incured costs) and making false promises which is a breech of contract. so anyone who feels like jumping on the bandwagon should feel free! the more the merrier!
                ps; i still have not recieved the cheque for the reduced amount as stated.

                  DO NOT ORDER FROM PABO placed an order 6 weeks ago still not received it, they lost my postal order, filed 2 email complaints and they have not responded. Their customer service is rubbish and they do not respond. They are not worth bothering with go to anne Summers much more efficient
