PC Specialist was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had previously ordered a desktop computer and was fully satisfied with the service provided. As I live outside the UK I tried searching for a laptop locally but found them to be too expensive, especially with the specifications I required.

I visited a lot of websites that ship internationally but PC Specialist had the best prices and their reviews were great. I decided to contact them through their live support and they were were very helpful in guiding me how to pay from outside the UK. Fortunately, I have family residing in the UK and they agreed for the laptop to be sent to them.

PC Specialist was great with the timing and they kept me informed of all the processes going on behind the scenes, something for which I was grateful. The laptop was build at an express time of 5 days and dispatched and delivered on the same fifth day. I travelled to the UK to collect the computer and was immediately pleased by it. Now I am back in my own country and am typing this on the same laptop which cost me Euro 890 (£760). I am using it as a desktop replacement and for gaming as well. The build is extremely good; I have nothing negative to say about it and the performance is even better than my desktop PC which was no slouch either.

I would recommend PC Specialist in a heartbeat, especially to the folks living in the UK. I hope that in the future PC Specialist would consider stretching out to at least other European countries. Their service is just that good.
