The PC Specialist website is easy to use and gives a lot of options for selecting the components, each option clearly labelled. When I had completed the selection I was offered a lower spec and cheaper power supply than the one I had selected and given the reasons why (listed power draw of each component and total power required).

The build of the PC did take some time (20 working days) but I was kept informed of progress. Delivery was made at a weekend as specified and I got email and text messages when the PC was dispatched and on the morning of delivery, giving an expected 1 hour delivery window.

PC arrived with all the driver disks and OS disk included. All the set up was correct and have had no issues so far (after a weeks use). Very happy with it so far, much quieter than my previous machine!

Would not hesitate use PC Specialist again and to recommend them to others.
