My second time ordering from PC specialist was recently, and I have to say I was impressed again. The website is easy to use and well laid out, and the options are presented very well. There are also some very helpful forums so you can get your quotes looked at and ask people about what you're ordering.

The ordering process itself was easy, and fast - my order was processed and authorised quickly.
Communication wise is where I was disappointed. My PC was taking longer than usual, and I really didn't receive any information as to why this was - even after sending a message asking, I wasn't informed of why there was such a large delay.

Product however was of fantastic quality, looks good and works extremely well, it's everything I expected and more.
Delivery was prompt and on time, exactly when I was told it would arrive, absolutely no complaints there.


Overall a great service, some delays but the easy to use site and eventual fast delivery made it more than worth the wait to get such a well made PC
