Just simply an excellent service which puts to shame the big brand names.

I really liked the system by which their website helped you put together a desktop and gave you some support as to where hardware may not interface too well, and then allowing you to upload a build onto their forums for others to look over and check definitely made the process of buying a new computer for a budget much better. The advice on the forums was also really good, and they explained some of the reasoning why they would change certain things.
Putting through the order and then being able to watch the progress of it was really simple and allowed me to feel very comfortable using their service.
The computer arrived well packaged and undamaged and has continued to run like a treat with no issues either in its initial start up or since.
To put it simply they come across as professionals who enjoy their work and making sure you, the customer receives the best, whilst keeping you informed all the way along.
