I bought a customised PC for my 15 year old son, who intends to get into graphics when he leaves school so I knew I needed something a bit more clever then your standard desktop. However being only a little clued upped, I knew I needed help.

The auto builder was perfect for this as it gave me the chance to tell it what I needed but without having to get too technical. It put me together a custom PC that would work for graphics. A quick check with a couple of friends who are technically minded, reassured me that not only was it exactly what I needed, but was quoted at a fantastically reasonable price!

An email sent to the customer services dept regarding the finance arrangements was answered swiftly and politely.

So, a couple of clicks later and my custom order was ready to place. Again the website did a check and told me the power supply I had ordered was too big and that I only needed a smaller one as and I quote "We don't want to over charge you!" Love it! So we swapped and Bob's your uncle! Order placed.

Finance pages were swift and clear.

I was kept up to date every step of the way, from it going to into processing, into testing into QA and then of course for delivery. Checking the website I could see who built it, who tested it and even who pakced it up in it's huge strong and well packaged box.

The whole process took about 12 days in all and was one of the best services I have had in a long time.

The computer itself is working a treat and came with so much helpful information.

I have been singing their praises to every one and now I sing them to you!
