Due to an unfortunate incident with my previous laptop I was in the market for a new one: I had originally considered buying a pre-made computer from one of the major electronic stores however a colleague of mine directed my to PC Specialist. On looking over their prices and the range of options available I was very impressed.

My original intention was to buy a simple laptop: I do a lot of photo editing and I mostly use my desktop PC for this so for a laptop I just needed something that I could do the occasional bit of work on, something to tide me over until I could afford something more powerful. Using the customization tool on the PC Specialist website I was surprised to find I could build the powerful laptop I had always wanted by only going slightly over my original budget and I ended up purchasing something that could rival my desktop PC.

PC Specialist customer service were excellent, all the way from my original queries by phone and e-mail right the way through my order. I particularly liked the detailed reports that I got at every stage of construction, letting me know how things were going and when to expect it.

I have no problems recommeding PC Specialist to my friends and colleagues, and with their laptop upgrade service I'm sure I will be going back to keep my computer up to date as technology advances
