I ordered a decent spec laptop for my daughter and was pleasantly surprised at the cost considering we had ordered a machine capable of games as well as work, the website was easy to use and the process of ordering very smooth. I have read someone mention that you can't use credit cards however we did and had no problems.

The build was delayed by an out of stock dvd drive which mean't in total it took 25 days from order to delivery slower than we had expected. It was very well packaged and Dpd delivered within the time slot and undamaged.

I wish we had been offered a cooling pad as it does run hot. If I have any critism it's that they weren't very quick at communicating the fact that a part was out of stock and I had to phone them to chase the order after 14 days, the website just kept stating pre production until we rang when a note was put on about the missing item.
